2. Template License
When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for one end project, whether personal or commercial. You may customize the template freely for that project. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files, whether in original or modified form, as a template or starter product.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our templates or website to create competing template marketplaces, claim authorship of the original designs, use the templates in unlawful or harmful projects, or attempt to circumvent purchase requirements. Automated scraping of site content is not permitted.
4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in USD and charged at the time of purchase. Because templates are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If a template is materially broken or misrepresented and we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support before initiating any chargeback.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, graphics, and site content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying design. Third-party assets included in templates, such as fonts or stock imagery, may be subject to their own licenses.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
